We will soon offer beginner-friendly live mindfulness sessions on our Instagram page, downloadable guided meditations, and interesting blog posts on all sorts of health and wellness topics. Our focus is on giving you valuable and practical methods that take 10 minutes or less. That way, you can fit them easily into your day, wherever you are.

My 10 Minutes was created because we know how hard it can be to find time for everything you "should" do. Realising that spending just 10 minutes a day on self-care can make a real difference, reducing stress and creating a lasting self-care habit.
